No-show and Late Cancellation Policy

At Willow Integrative Wellness, our goal is to provide timely and effective mental health care to all our clients. Missed appointments without prior notice reduce our ability to serve others and disrupt continuity of care.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notice must be given via phone call, voicemail, or patient portal message.
